Provimi North America, Inc., a leader in providing nutrition solutions for meat, milk and egg producers, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Plant Manager at its Lewisburg, OH manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Directs and coordinates day to day activities of the facility to achieve and maintain overall company objectives.
- Ensures that outstanding service is provided to our external and internal customers.
- Provides leadership to subordinate managers and supervisors.
- Leads effort to ensure that Plant is in compliance with internal and external policies and governances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required.
- 5+ yrs exp. in plant management; preferably in company animal nutrition or animal fed industry.
- Excellent computer skills; prefer exp. with MRP system such as SAP.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality product to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Previous supervisory experience.
