Paid Holidays

  • The company observes the following holidays:
    New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and 2 floating holidays

Personal Leave

  • New hires accumulate 3.33 hours of personal leave per month to be used by December 31st.
  • January 1st employees are eligible for 40 hours of personal leave to be used by December 31st .
  • Two days are allowed to be carried over into the next year (total combined with vacation).

Vacation Leave

  • New hires accumulate 3.33 hours of vacation leave per month to be used by December 31st.
  • January 1st employees are eligible for 40 hours of vacation leave to be used by December 31st .
  • After working full-time for two full years, employees are eligible for 80 hours of vacation leave.
  • After working full-time for seven full years, employees are eligible for 120 hours of vacation leave.
  • After working full-time for fifteen full years, employees are eligible for 160 hours of vacation leave.
  • After working full-time for 25 years, employees are eligible for 200 hours of vacation leave. 
  • Two days are allowed to be carried over into the next year (total combined with personal).

Seniority Recognition Program

  • For every year of full-time service to the company you will receive $100.00.
